The St. Catherine conference is an active affiliate of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SVdP), an international lay Catholic organization focused on offering person-to-person service to those in need. Our SVdP Ministry provides services to needy and suffering families within our local community, who are experiencing temporary difficulty due to illness, unemployment, personal tragedy or other unexpected challenges.
Examples of services offered by SVdP include:
Rent / mortgage assistance
Food / meals programs
Transportation
Utilities
Urgent home repair / maintenance
Shopping / errands
Assistance with funeral expenses
